Terms of Service

By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise using FitGif, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Paid plans are billed and processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details ourselves; Stripe handles all payment data.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any plan, subscription period, or one-time purchase (including the Lifetime plan), regardless of usage. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future billing, but no partial or full refunds are issued for time or usage already paid for.

FitGif was briefly paused for approximately two months while we revamped the service and spoke with customers about what they actually wanted from it. The service has since resumed and continues to be actively developed.

The exercise GIFs and videos available through FitGif were purchased from a gym animation service that shut down in May 2025. We acquired the rights to this media as part of that shutdown and now offer it through FitGif as a continuation of that service, not as a new or independently sourced library.

This media was not obtained from, and has no affiliation with, ExerciseDB, GymVisual, or any similar third-party exercise media provider. If you believe otherwise, do not email us or any of our associates making that claim. It is not accurate, and we will not respond to such correspondence.

API keys are tied to your account and plan. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for all activity under it. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or resell raw access to the library outside of your own application's use of the API.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FitGif after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
